BEVERAGE PRE-TREATMENT SYSTEM
The pretreatment system is specially designed to produce juice, tea drinks, lactic drinks and aerated drnks etc. It is comprised various types of equipment such as hot-water system, sugar melting system, recovery system, extraction system, milk power reconstitution system, monosaccharide system, saccharide system, mixing and allocating system, CIP system, plate or tube UHT sterilizers, mixers, vacuum degassing and aroma recycling system, homogenizing system and control system.

The sugar is prepared by melting good-quality granulated sugar in a certain amount of hot water, when reaching the preset level of concentration, the syrup will be insulated, sterilized, filtered and cooled before stored for future use.
All the supplementary materials included in the formula for the beverage process will be melted and mixed in this system according to their characteristics.
The well blended supplementary materials and juice will be transported to the mixing system as required by the mixing process.
Tea drinks are prepared by soaking the tea leaves in the water at a set temperature for a certain period of time, and then filtering, cooling and separating this tea solution before it can be stored for the future use.
Milk Powder reconstitution system
A certain amount of milk powder will be melt in the hot water at a set temperature for a certain period of time before cooled for storage.
The mixing system plays the role of end mixing, reacting, stabilizing and homogenizing for the final production. All the syrup, other main and supplementary materials, juice and RO water will be pumped into the mixing tank in the sequence required by the mixing process. They will be stirred, mixed and homogenized in the tank, and sampled for testing. The the feed liquid will be left to settle before transported to the next process.
