TYJ Enrober is specified equipment used for enrobing chocolate on the surface of products such as candies, cakes and biscuits etc. By using this enrober machine, you can make various unique flavors.

 

The new enrober is improved and well-designed.

- Fine surface modeling are the same as European equipments. Well looking and More homognization.

- Cover and shrouding are succinct. Operation and maintenance are flexible and convenient.

- It's easier and more flexible to push and pull. Convenient to clean. No hygienism dead space.

- The fan housing has a smooth design to make the cooking more even and sufficient. The evaporator is specially designed (gain patent) to reduce the humidity of cooling tunnel effectively.

 

Customers can get better quality chocolate.

- This Enrobing machine can fully make fully coated or one side coated products. The thickness of coating area is controlled by the fan speed and vibration.

- The conveyor belt has automatic correction device.

- The length of the whole enrober can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

 

Automatic feed mechanism. It can produce operation staffs to improve production efficiency.

- Make chocolate patterns. Different colors of curve patterns can be coated on the surface to improve production level.

1、Product Description:

Chocolate Enrobing Machine is a specified equipment used for enrobing chocolate on the surface of products such as candy, cake and biscuit, etc. Using this machine, you can make various unique flavors.

 

Chocolate enrobers are available in five mesh widths (550, 750,850,950 and 1150 mm) and designed for all common enrobing tasks with tempered as well as non-tempered chocolate.

 

2、Advantages:

2. Cover and closing board are designed simple and elegant which is easy for operate and maintain.
3. Chocolate Paste Hopper can be pushed and pulled very flexible. Easy to clean and leaving no dead angle.
4. The fan cover has a streamlining design to make the cooling more efficient and sufficient. The evaporator is specially designed (gained patent) to reduce the humidity of cooling tunnel effectively and make high quality chocolate.
5. This enrober can produce fully coated and half coated chocolate products. The thickness of coating area is controlled by fan speed and scrape base.
6. The food grade PU conveyor belt has an automatic correction device and the whole line is controlled by PLC.
7. The length of the whole enrober line can be adjusted according to customer's requirements.
