1、Product Description:

Custard Cake Production Line is for making Custard Cake (Vitellus Cake), as a very popular kind of snack food, these cakes could be filled with different flavors of stuffing, after packed into proper package, the finished products could be preserved for a long time. By using different shapes of metal trays, the shapes of cakes could also be very different, but in each time of production, the cakes are in same shape and even quality for sure.

 

Full automatic cake production line is a multifunction cake production line which is developed based on the original equipment in order to meet various demands of different food products factories. It can produce custard cakes as well as cup cakes and can also produce cakes with various shapes by using different molds. The process flow of the cake production line is mixing, empty mold, oil spraying, batter feeder, cake baking, demolding, mold cleaning, center injection, cake sterilization and packaging. This line has reasonable artistic design, stable easily operation, high efficiency and energy saving. For the mixing part, there is two choices, conventional beater or continuous inflatable mixer.

Pie Cake Production Line

With eggs and flour as the main raw material, thick paste, after injection, baking, cooling, cake turn over and sandwich, made into delicious egg yolk pie, fashion, leisure, strawberry pie series of layer cake, favored by consumers.

 

This production line is characterized by a high degree of automation, set light, electricity, gas, machine as a whole; besides feeding other processes are automated operations.

Layer Cake& Swiss Roll Production Line

The whole set equipment consist of liquid material-mixing machine, liquid material- storing bucket, liquid material-feeding machine, steel band gas tunnel oven, return conveying mesh belt, strip cutting equipment, cream/jam/chocolate filling equipment, cake bars turn over equipment, press equipment., horizontal cut-off equipment, cooling and conveying system etc.

 

Characteristics:

Use this equipment can make cake without moulds. Just change the block-circle between the knife and adjust the speed of horizontal knife, you can make the various size of cake swiss roll.

 

Working Process:

- Depositing the liquid material directly on the steel band tunnel oven for baking.
- After being baked inside the oven, the liquid material become a cake-belt, at the terminal of the conveying belt, it will be shoveled down, the convey back on the under belt. At this time, the cake belt is already turned over.
- After the cake belt is conveyed back to the place of cream/jam/chocolate filling equipment. It will be lifted by the slope type convey belt to the working platform where the cake belt will be vertically cut into cake bars. Then spraying with cream/jam/chocolate. After that, turn over the cake belt one interval one and press on the beside belt. Then press a little bit.
- After being horizontally and vertically cut, the popular new snack "swiss roll" came out.
